Idaho State University to Use Surplus on Upgrades
Published atPocatello, Idaho — Idaho State University is planning several building upgrades after the school was able to save $7 million.
University leaders attribute the savings to fiscal responsibility and say their reserve target is within reach. They believe they can stay on track without significant tuition increases.
The upgrades include renovations to 20 classrooms and a lecture hall. The university will also be purchasing 200 computers.
