Jay Leno will be Ferguson’s last guest on his Dec. 19 final show, according to Deadline.

Tim Meadows, who holds the record for most appearances on The Late Late Show, will also stop by the show for one final time along with Betty White, Steve Carell, Jon Hamm, Kristen Bell, and Jim Parsons.

Ferguson is moving on to host the syndicated game show Celebrity Name Game.

British actor James Corden will replace Ferguson on The Late Late Show, starting March 9, 2015.
