Jefferson Prosecutor, Commissioners to be Investigated

RIGBY, Idaho — Jefferson County Prosecutor Robin Dunn and Commissioners Brian Farnsworth, Tad Hegsted, and Jerald Raymond will be investigated for using county funds for private use.
Bruce Baxter, with the Restoring Integrity Project, told Jolyn Thomas on Monday’s Idaho’s Midday News that he had received a letter from Paul Panther, Deputy Attorney General of the Idaho Criminal Law Division stating that an investigation will be taking place.
The letter was in response to a formal complaint filed by the Restoring Integrity Project.
