TMZ
reports a judge determined Manning, who plays inmate Tiffany “Pennsatucky” Doggett on the hit Netflix series, violated a restraining order by threatening to kill a former friend through social media and by text message.

However, ABC News subsequently confirmed that the district attorney’s office declined to prosecute her.

Manning, 36, appeared to dispute on Twitter at least some of the information in the TMZ report. She tweeted, “Oh! That’s what happened huh? Id say get the ALL the facts correct before any posting @TMZ or tell the whole story. Let’s get it right!”

She continued, “There are no charges against me. This is just further harassment. It is troubling that the system can be used to abuse the actual victim.”

Manning later wrote, “I could go on any media outlet and tell the real story but I’d rather save my time and energy for things that really matter. All will unfold.”

TMZ notes the friend, Jeanine Heller, was arrested in September after, authorities said, she violated a protection order by attempting to contact Manning.
