Peyton Manning: It Won’t Be Easy in St. Louis

Justin Edmonds/Getty Images(DENVER) — The Denver Broncos will travel to St. Louis on Sunday to take on the Rams.
Quarterback Peyton Manning is well aware of the Rams defense.
“Their front has been active all season long in my opinion,” Manning said. “They got really good players, a lot of first round draft choices. That’s where it starts for any defense, we’ve got to be able to control those guys somehow and that falls on everybody.”
Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders realizes that the Rams are hot right now.
“You can’t take these guys lightly. Their last three games they faced San Francisco, Seattle, Arizona, and they played those guys really well,” Sanders said. “This is a good football team that we’re facing with a great defensive line and we’re playing them at home, we definitely have to bring our A-game.”
Denver comes into the game at 7-2 and is 2-2 on the road this year.
The Rams (3-6) announced this week that Shaun Hill will be the starting quarterback.
