Power Outage Affects 2,400 Customers

Pocatello, Id — The power is back on in Pocatello after two different incidents left about 2,400 Idaho Power Customers in the dark Sunday night.
One of the outages was caused when a power line went down in the south part of town. The other happened in the old town area when a transformer caught on fire.
Crews from both Idaho Power and the Pocatello Fire Department responded and help to restore power.
