Probation for Necklace Theft No Longer Around Lindsay Lohan’s Neck

ABC News(LOS ANGELES) — A Los Angeles County Court judge has dropped the probation against Lindsay Lohan that she was slapped with after swiping a necklace from a store back in 2011.
TMZ reports the judge is convinced Lindsay is keeping her nose clean, and is still performing her court-mandated community service, working with a kids charity group in London, where she is currently starring in the play Speed the Plow.
The actress’ “glowing” progress report also revealed she’s performed half the required 240 hours, according to the gossip site.
Lohan is still under probation from the 2012 car accident in which the Canyons star reportedly-rear ended a truck with her Porsche, then told cops she wasn’t behind the wheel; the accident on the Pacific Coast Highway happened when she was prohibited from driving.
