The former Dancing with the Stars contestant tells ABC News Radio that the culprit was in fact her co-star and former friend, Brandi Glanville — and it may signal that it’s time for Lisa to move on.

“She was the main catalyst of last year’s…situation and I just thought I just don’t want to be around this person anymore. But I really tried hard in this season to kind of make it work and then you see what transpires,” Vanderpump says. “But it wasn’t a good situation. Nobody’s ever kind of put their hands on me before.”

It’s clear that after last season’s fall out between the two former friends, they have yet to patch things up.

Still, Vanderpump says she understands why situations can sometimes get physical on reality TV.

“When they film you for months, you know, sometimes things do happen, especially when you’re in intense situations. I think the only prerequisite on reality television is that they ask you to be honest,” she explains. “But certainly, yes, I get concerned about anything getting physical because that’s not who I am or who I want to be or want to be around.”

“I don’t like the aggression. I don’t like the nastiness,” Vanderpump continues. “It’s not something I ever want to be a part of and if I am then I think it’s time for me to leave the show.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. Eastern time on Bravo.
