Report: Gurley Tore ACL

Scott Cunningham/Getty Images(ATHENS, Ga.) — Georgia running back Todd Gurley appears to have suffered a torn ACL, according to Bryant McFadden of 120 Sports.
McFadden reports that an MRI revealed that Gurley suffered no damage to the MCL in the left knee he injured in a non-contact play in Georgia’s 34-7 win over Auburn.
Gurley returned to the field Saturday after serving a four game suspension while being investigated for illegally receiving payment for his autograph.
Gurley was alleged to received at least $3,000 over two years as compensation for the autographed items.
He was considered a Heisman favorite this season, as he had run for 911 yards and had nine rushing touchdowns before his suspension.
