George H.W. Bush to Remain in Hospital

Photo by Bob Levey/Getty Images(HOUSTON) — Former President George H.W. Bush remained at a Houston hospital on Wednesday, though he expects to return home shortly.
Bush was taken to Houston Methodist Hospital on Tuesday night as a precaution after he experienced shortness of breath. A family friend told ABC News on Wednesday that Bush is doing well and is expected to return home in a few days.
Bush, now 90, spent Christmas 2012 in the same hospital receiving treatment for bronchitis.
After learning of Bush’s hospitalization, President Obama offered “good wishes” to the former president and his family on Tuesday.
