Idaho Falls Under Snow Proclamation

Idaho Falls, Idaho — A snow proclamation was declared in Idaho Falls on Monday. People are encouraged to move their vehicles of the streets to clear space for the snow plows. Under city ordinance, vehicles may be towed if they are not parked appropriately.

Below is a description of the restrictions or you can look at this map for more details.

ZONE A
North-south streets: Parking restrictions will be in effect between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday,
Wednesday and Friday beginning on Dec. 29.
East-west streets: Parking restrictions will be in effect between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Tuesday,
Thursday and Saturday beginning on Dec. 30.

ZONE B
Parking restrictions will be in effect on all streets between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. beginning on Dec.
29. Vehicles should be moved off the public streets as quickly as possible.
Other parking restrictions already in effect include:

DOWNTOWN
North-south streets: Parking restrictions will be in effect between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday.
East-west streets: Parking restrictions will be in effect between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Tuesday,
Thursday, and Saturday.
