Missing Armored Truck Driver from Texas Arrested in Colorado

Amarillo Police Department(AMARILLO, Texas) — Police in Amarillo announced on Wednesday that they have arrested Trent Michael Cook, the armored car driver whose truck was found abandoned and empty with the engine running earlier this week, along with a second man.
The two men were arrested in Colorado Springs, Colo., after the Amarillo Police Department provided information to the Colorado Springs Police Department. The second suspect was not identified by name.
Investigators confirmed on Wednesday that money was believed to have been taken from the vehicle. That money has been recovered, police said.
Cook is a driver for Rochester Armored Car Co. The vehicle was found on Monday morning.
