Published atBoise, Idaho — A bill aimed at adding sexual orientation and gender identification to the Idaho’s Human Rights Act will get it’s first full hearing Monday morning.
The House State Affairs committee has set aside up to three days for the hearing. Advocates of the “Add the Words” bill have been working to get to this point for nine years.
However, it still faces an uphill battle to get to the governor’s desk.
