CBS Announces Cast for New “Survivor” Season

CBS(NEW YORK) — CBS has announced the castaways who will compete on the new season of Survivor, which will have a brand-new theme: “Worlds Apart.”

The 18 competitors will be divided into three tribes: the White Collar, or Masaya, Tribe, comprised of men and women who are “known for making the rules;” the Blue Collar, or Escameca, Tribe, featuring castaways who are “known to follow the rules;” and the No Collar, or Nargarote, Tribe, made up of “free spirits who are known to break the rules.”

A coconut salesman and a YouTube sensation are among the contestants on the No Collar Tribe.

As usual, a one-million-dollar grand prize will be up for grabs.

The 30th season of Survivor begins February 25.
