Colts running back Daniel Herron got them started with a two-yard touchdown run on their first possession of the game and quarterback Andrew Luck tossed a 36-yard touchdown pass to Donte Moncrief to give them a 19-10 lead with 7:48 left in the third quarter.

“I think you appreciate every win and you don’t take it for granted,” Luck said of the win.  “We’re onto next week, the playoffs it’s a different feel, you got to move on and you’ve got to keep that journey alive.”

The Bengals have now dropped their last seven playoff games in a row and quarterback Andy Dalton joined the company of Y.A. Tittle to drop his first four playoff starts.

“I felt like we were ready to go,” Dalton said.  “You know all the hard work that’s been put in, you feel like you’re prepared going into a game, again it falls by the waste side, it is tough from that standpoint.”

Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis is now 0-6 in the playoffs.
