Survey Finds Idaho Falls a Safe Community

Idaho Falls, Idaho — The survey says…Idaho Falls is a safe place to live. A recent survey conducted on behalf of the Idaho Falls Police found that 97 percent of those who responded feel safe in Idaho Falls and overall the police department has a positive reputation.
The survey was conducted by Eastern Idaho Entrepreneurial Center (E Center) in Rexburg last fall. The Idaho Falls Police Department contracted the service to conuct the study.
Idaho Falls Police Chief Mark McBride says the while the overall results are good, “there are also takeaways on how we can improve to build stronger departmental operations and community partnerships.”
