The teens — identified as Cheyenne Phillips, 13, and Dalton Hayes, 18 — have been on the run since Jan. 4.

Surveillance images released by the Grayson County (Kentucky) Sheriff’s Office showed the teens at a Manning, South Carolina Walmart Monday. Authorities said the teens were traveling in a stolen red 2006 Toyota Tacoma that had a firearm inside.

That Tacoma was recovered in Henry County, Georgia Wednesday, authorities there said. According to Henry County officials, a Silver 2001 Toyota Tundra pickup — parked within walking distance from the abandoned vehicle — was reported stolen.

That vehicle has firearms reported inside, authorities said.

Authorities urge anyone who comes in contact with the teens or the stolen pickup to call 911.

The teens reportedly destroyed thousands of dollars in property by plowing through a Kentucky cattle farm and smashing a truck there, before allegedly stealing the Tacoma and driving to South Carolina. The duo have also been cashing stolen checks, authorities say.

Hayes’ mother, Tammy Martin, told ABC affiliate WHAS-TV in Louisville that she’s worried what the teens might do next.

“He’s never went this long without contacting me, and it’s really very stressful. I’m just worried that they’re not safe anymore,” Martin said.

Martin said the teens had been dating for about three months. The mother said she initially believed that Phillips was 19, not 13.
