Jerusalem Mayor Tackles Terror Suspect

GALI TIBBON/AFP/Getty Images(JERUSALEM) — Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat tackled an alleged terrorist on Sunday.
According to the Jerusalem Post, the man was accused of swinging a knife at bystanders after stabbing a 30-year old man in Tzahal Square. Barkat and his security detail were near the scene, and the newspaper said that the mayor tackled the man as his security pulled a weapon.
Barkat later tweeted a photo with his team of “heroes.”
