According to NASA, the issue was first noticed during repressurization following the bulk of Wednesday’s spacewalk — the second of three spacewalks in which Virts and Barry Wilmore are working to lay cables and install equipment to allow commercial spacecraft to dock with the International Space Station.

During the spacewalk, Virts was wearing spacesuit #3005, which experienced a similar issue in December 2013.

The spacesuit will be carefully assessed before the third scheduled spacewalk on Sunday morning.
