I.F. police chief talks rooftop gunman

Idaho Falls Police received a call Wednesday evening about a man on the roof of a building in downtown Idaho Fall holding a rifle mounted with a scope. The incident sparked a partial shutdown of downtown Idaho Falls, while SWAT teams were deployed to quickly appraise the situation.
