The lawsuit centers on the recent sale of the ex-couple’s Bel Air mansion. Nick claims he was not informed of the sale or the closing date until Feb. 24, according to E! News.

The sale reportedly was closed last Friday, with the 13-thousand-square-foot home fetching nine million dollars.

Nick further alleges that the business manager, Michael Kane, rebuffed his initial efforts to obtain copies of the purchase and sale agreement, and has not provided him with other pertinent information related to the sale.

Nick requests that proceeds from the sale be frozen until it’s determined how they will be distributed.

Nick and Mariah, who are parents to twins Moroccan and Monroe, separated last year after six years of marriage. Nick reportedly filed divorce papers in December.
