Kings Signs Pearson to 2-Year Extension
Published at(EL SEGUNDO, Calif.) — Winger Tanner Pearson signed a two-year, $2.8 million contract extension with the Los Angeles Kings, Thursday.
Pearson, 22, was selected by the Kings with the 30th overall pick in the 2012 NHL Draft. He has since played in 67 games for the Kings, racking up 15 goals and eight assists.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Pearson also has played in 25 postseason games compiling 12 points.
Pearson has been out since suffering a broken leg on Jan. 10 against the Winnipeg Jets.
