Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell Suspended Three Games
Published at(NEW YORK) — Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell has been suspended after violating the league’s substance abuse policy, ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reports.
Bell will miss the first three games of next season and will also be fined an additional game check.
He plans to appeal the suspension, Schefter reports.
Bell’s suspension comes after his arrest last August where he was caught with marijuana and also received a DUI. He received 15 month’s probation.
Bell ran for 1,361 yards and scored eight touchdowns last season
