The Cleveland Cavaliers forward scored 23 points during Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals Tuesday night to help his team sweep the Atlanta Hawks, 118-88.

“We’ve worked our tail off all season to get to this point, and to be able to represent the Eastern Conference and the NBA Finals is the ultimate, especially in this city,” James told TNT after the game.

James was last in the NBA Finals with the Miami Heat in 2014. The Heat ended up losing to the San Antonio Spurs in five games. After the season ended, James opted out of his contract with the Heat and announced his intentions to rejoin the Cavaliers, a team he had been with since he was drafted in 2003.

James left for Miami in 2010 and won two championships during his time with the Heat.

The Cavaliers last appeared in the NBA Finals in 2007, losing to the Spurs in four games.

James and the Cavaliers won’t have to worry about facing off with the Spurs for the championship this time around, however. They will be matched with either the Houston Rockets or Golden State Warriors.

The Warriors lead the Western Conference Finals 3-1. The next game in that series is scheduled for Wednesday night.

Regardless of which team advances to the finals, James says he and the Cavs are ready.

“We have everything it takes to win. I’ve been there twice,” James told TNT Tuesday. “We have grit, we have determination, we have the willingness to want to be great and that’s from the first guy all the way down to the 15th. I think our coaching staff is going to prepare us the best way they know how to go against whoever comes out of the Western Conference and we’ll be ready to go on June 4.”
