Just one month before getting married, the darling couple Tavis and Kristie agreed to be a part of quite an intriguing challenge. “The Cut’s 100 Years of Beauty” series employed the skills of talented make-up and prosthetic artists to convincingly transform the two into ages 50, 70, and 90.
What began for the twenty something’s way to glimpse into their future and share that moment with their friends and family ended quite differently. The result was instead an emotional look into what it meant to truly grow old with someone.
We got teary when Tavis insisted his cute bride to still took his breath away at pretend age 90 but pulled out the tissues when “The Cut” team asked them what their final words to each other would be.
Certainly, if these two can keep their optimism, humor and romance as well as they did in this accelerated aging experiment, the fears of the future won’t be fears at all.
