LeBron James to Become Free Agent

The star player is opting out of his $21.6 million player option with his current team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.
This move will make it the third time in the past 6 years he will be an unrestricted free agent.
James is expected to re-sign with the Cavaliers on a one-year contract with a player option. This will allow him to become a free agent again next summer.
