Jeff Gordon Bringing Back Rainbow Scheme for Bristol Race

Allen Kee / ESPN Images(NEW YORK) — Jeff Gordon is bringing back his iconic rainbow paint scheme later this summer.
He announced Tuesday that he will drive the No. 24 with the rainbow scheme at the Sprint Cup race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Aug. 22. He tweeted some photos of the design.
Gordon, who’s in his final season as a full-time driver, used the rainbow scheme from 1992 through 2000, winning three Cup titles during that span.
