Caitlyn Jenner Feels Ready for ‘Normal’ Relationship with a Man

James White/E! Entertainment(LOS ANGELES) — In a new clip from I Am Cait, Caitlyn Jenner opens up to transgender author Jennifer Finney Boylan about dating a man. Still, her friend and confidant is worried that she wants to date for the wrong reasons.
“It would be very attractive to me to have a guy treat me like a woman…like a normal woman,” Jenner says in the clip released by E!
Boylan asks what a “normal woman” means.
“Like any other woman in the street and not make it this trans-[gender] thing…,” Jenner clarifies. “Just a normal relationship.”
“You don’t need a man to make you a woman. A woman can make you a woman,” Boylan says. “It’s a thing we women do. We look to men to give us self-worth.”
Boylan concludes, “You have gone to such trouble to become a woman. Don’t be a stupid one. Be a smart one.”
