LA Dodgers Clinch National League West Title

Ezra Shaw/Getty Images(SAN FRANCISCO) — The Los Angeles Dodgers are headed to the postseason.
The team defeated the San Francisco Giants, the defending world champions, 8-0 on Tuesday to clinch its third straight National League West title.
Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw went the distance, striking out 13 and allowing just one hit and one walk in nine innings. The ace got the win with the help of some of his teammates, including Kiké Hernandez, Justin Ruggiano and A.J. Ellis, who all homered off Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner.
The Dodgers will next face off against the New York Mets in the National League Division Series.
