Business consultant and author Barbara Orr is running for Pocatello City Council.
Orr discusses her 30-year background in business, which includes helping develop the hydroelectric project in Lava Hot Springs, and authoring a book, “Understanding Terrorism,” which discusses the roots of terrorism from playground bullying to international aggression.
Orr explains how she wants to focus on what the City of Pocatello already has all around it and how to make it more productive.
“I think we just have to get a more realistic idea of who we are,” she says.
