Video Debuts for Sam Smith’s Bond Theme “Writing’s on the Wall”

Sony Pictures Entertainment/Capitol Records(NEW YORK) — After some delay, the video for “Writing’s on the Wall,” Sam Smith’s theme song for the new James Bond film, Spectre, premiered online Sunday night.
The video contains footage of Sam singing interspersed with clips from Spectre, including a steamy scene with Daniel Craig as 007 and Monica Bellucci as the new Bond girl.
Sam was anxious to release the video, and when its debut hit a snag on Sunday, he tweeted, “A lot of angry emails going round. It will be with you VERY SOON.”
He later called the delay a “nightmare.
“Writing’s on the Wall” on Friday became the first Bond theme to top the British charts.
Spectre opens November 6.
