Elimination Round of Chase Concludes This Weekend at Phoenix International Raceway

Phoenix International Raceway will host the Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500. NBC’s coverage of the event will begin at 2:30 p.m. Eastern time.

The Phoenix race will mark the end of the “Eliminator Round” of the Chase. Four of the eight drivers still in contention for the Cup championship will advance to next weekend’s season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Here’s a look at the Chase standings entering the weekend:

1. Jeff Gordon — 4,082 points.
2. Kyle Busch — 4,080 points.  
3. Kevin Harvick — 4,079 points.  
4. Martin Truex Jr. — 4,076 points.  
5. Carl Edwards — 4,069 points.  
6. Brad Keselowski — 4,057 points.  
7. Kurt Busch — 4,048 points.  
8. Joey Logano — 4,013 points.
9. Dale Earnhardt Jr. — 2,259 points.  
10. Denny Hamlin — 2,257 points.
11. Ryan Newman — 2,253 points.  
12. Jimmie Johnson — 2,240 points.
13. Jamie McMurray — 2,235 points.
14. Paul Menard — 2,208 points.
15. Matt Kenseth — 2,197 points.
16. Clint Bowyer — 2,153 points.
