Political Podcast– Nathan Millward: ‘We undervalue our workforce in Pocatello’

Name: Nathan Millward

City: Pocatello

Seat: City Council

Nathan Millward, candidate for Pocatello City Council, lives the dream many children have of being a train engineer.

He has been working for Union Pacific for eight years and now wants to expand his talents into the world of politics.

Millward works on several committees in the community that seek to draw high-quality, good paying business to the city.

He believes that the workforce is undervalued in Pocatello, and city leaders need to do more to reach out to bedroom communities to build and strengthen the economy.

Millward wants to reach out to businesses like Areva and the phosphate plant to bring more opportunities to workers.

He says everyone profit when the economy is bolstered.
