VanderSloot discusses Rubio endorsement on Fox
Published at | Updated atNEW YORK — Melaleuca CEO Frank VanderSloot appeared on national news Tuesday, Nov. 24, to discuss his endorsement of Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio.
Speaking with Fox Business Network anchor Neil Cavuto on “Cavuto Coast to Coast,” VanderSloot called Rubio the best informed and most articulate candidate running for president.
“I think that bodes well for someone who not only is going to lead the country, but is seeking the nomination,” VanderSloot said. “I think he’ll shine above all the others as the debates play out and he’ll make a great president.
Cavuto asked VanderSloot why he’s not backing Republican front runner Donald Trump.
“I don’t think he would make a very good president,” VanderSloot responded. “I also don’t think he’s electable. I think he would lose the election. He’s never looked out for other people except himself.”
