Hit and run at Daisy’s Gas Station leaves owners with damaged building.

BLACKFOOT — Authorities are investigating a hit and run accident that damaged a local gas station on Monday, Jan. 11.
Blackfoot Police officials confirmed they are investigating a collision that occurred at Daisy’s Gas Station in the 700 block of South Broadway. However, no more information is being released as it is an active investigation.
Store employees told EastIdahoNews.com that surveillance footage shows a blue truck pulling into the parking lot just after 9 p.m. Footage shows the truck backing up, striking the building and then pulling forward.
A male exited the truck, looks at the damage and runs back to his vehicle. He then leaves the parking lot.
