POCATELLO — A Blackfoot man was arrested in Pocatello on Wednesday, Jan. 13, for trespassing and public urination.

And it’s not the first time Elliot Lyle Johnnie has been arrested for the crime. Court documents shows Johnnie has been arrested for trespassing over a dozen times in the last few years.

In the latest incident, police reports show officers responded to 1800 Garrett way around 8 p.m. Wednesday after reports that Johnnie would not leave a business.

Pocatello Police spokeswoman Dianne Brush said Johnnie went in and out of the building several times and urinated on the side of the building.

Johnnie was booked into the Bannock County Jail where bond was at $300 for trespassing.
