Three hurt in evening accident on Sunnyside

IDAHO FALLS — Three people suffered minor injuries during an evening accident at the intersection of Sunnyside Road and Boulevard on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
Witnesses told EastIdahoNews.com that two women, in a gray sedan, suffered minor injuries after their vehicle collided with a blue pickup.
One woman had bruising on her left hand while the driver had a large welt above her left eye, a bloody nose and a swollen hand. Air bags were deployed in the sedan.
The driver of the blue pickup, a man, complained of head pain.
Police are on scene investigating the crash, taking witness statements. No one was transported to the hospital.
Westbound traffic on Sunnyside is reduced to one lane at the Boulevard intersection. Southbound traffic on Boulevard is temporarily stopped until the vehicles involved in the accident are removed.
