BYUI Vice President in hospital after stroke

REXBURG — President Kevin Miyasaki, student services and activities vice president at Brigham Young University-Idaho, suffered a stroke Wednesday evening or early Thursday, according to University Relations public affairs director Brett D. Sampson.

“He had a stroke in the night or early morning hours Thursday and he was taken to the hospital, where he is undergoing evaluation to determine the extent and any longterm consequences,” Sampson told BYU-Idaho Scroll.
