IDAHO FALLS — A man and woman were arrested on warrants and felony drugs charges Wednesday following a tip.

Police reports show officers received information regarding the whereabouts of Timothy E. Hudson, 33, who had outstanding warrants. The tip indicated Hudson was at a home on the 1200 block of Washburn Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers arrived at the home and found Hudson and a woman walking out with a duffel bag. When the two saw police they fled on foot. The woman was later identified as 21‐year‐old Breanna L. Davis. Both were quickly apprehended, Idaho Falls Police spokeswoman Joelyn Hansen said.

Hudson and Davis were both found in possession of drugs and paraphernalia, including a scale.

Hudson and Davis, both of Idaho Falls, were booked into the Bonneville County Jail.

Hudson, who was previously arrested for drug trafficking in December was booked on three warrants, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.

Davis was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and three outstanding warrants.

Both are held with no bond.
