Minor injuries in semi vs car accident on Highway 20

RIGBY — A two-vehicle accident occurred on U.S. Highway 20 north of Rigby.
Idaho State Police responded to a crash between a sedan and a semi-truck near milepost 321 northbound just after 3 p.m. After the crash, the car was facing south.
“Responding paramedics from Idaho Falls have been canceled based on the request of patients involved,” Central Fire District Assistant Chief Carl Anderson told EastIdahoNews.com.
Central Fire District responded along with Rigby Quick Response Unit. Idaho Department of Transportation is also on scene assisting with traffic control.
Authorities have not released the cause of the crash.
