Woman, teen accused of stealing more than $1,700 of items from Grand Teton Mall

IDAHO FALLS — Police arrested 33‐year‐old Sara J. Ramey and a 15‐year‐old Lewiston girl for burglary after they allegedly stole more than $1,700 in merchandise from the various stores at the Grand Teton Mall on Tuesday.

Ramey of Blackfoot was also booked into the Bonneville County Jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The 15‐year‐old teen was booked into 3B Detention Center, according to a news release.

The Idaho Falls Police Department reports officers responded to the Buckle at the Grand Teton Mall in reference to a theft around 8 p.m. Employees detained Ramey and the teen after they were caught stealing clothes from the Buckle.

During their investigation, officers say they found Ramey and the teen stole $1751 from the Buckle, Dillard’s, Macy’s and Victoria’s Secret.
