IDAHO FALLS — The city of Idaho Falls contracted with Knife River Corporation to repair the waterline on Park Avenue, between D and E Street. The project will begin on Tuesday, May 31.

A new waterline, fire hydrants, curb, gutter, sidewalk and paving will be installed.

Crews will work from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday – Friday. There will be some night and weekend work. One lane will remain open for public travel during construction, but it will not be a paved surface.

Barring unforeseen conditions, the project should be completed by July 4.
