Local woman ejected from vehicle after rollover crash

POCATELLO — Idaho State Police are investigating a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 86 near milepost 59, about 1 mile east of the West Pocatello exit.
The accident occurred just before 5 a.m. Sunday.
Samantha Derouche, age 26, of Blackfoot, driving a 2004 GMC Yukon, was eastbound on I-86 when she drifted off the right shoulder of the road. Derouche overcorrected the vehicle and rolled multiple times.
Derouche was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
She was transported to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. Her condition is unknown.
One lane of eastbound I-86 was blocked for about three hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
