Three taken to hospital after accident on I-15 near Fort Hall

The following is a news release from Idaho State Police.
FORT HALL — Idaho State Police are investigating a two vehicle injury crash that occurred on Interstate 15 near milepost 80, just south of the Fort Hall exit.
Police responded to the accident at about 6:23 p.m.
Jennie Gomez, 44, of Pocatello, in a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero, was merging onto I-15 from the exit 80 southbound on ramp. Gomez collided into the rear of a 1991 Cadillac Seville, driven by Karoly Rauch, 76, of Pocatello.
Gomez, Rauch, and Rauch’s passenger, Doris Rauch, 73, also of Pocatello, were all transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.
The left lane of southbound I-15 was blocked for the duration of the crash investigation.
All lanes were cleared at 7:56 p.m.
