Ammon Cabela’s hosting law enforcement appreciation BBQ

AMMON — Cabela’s is thanking police officers serving in east Idaho with a special barbecue and discount Friday.
All local law enforcement officers are invited to attend a luncheon from 11-2 at the Cabela’s store on 25th East.
“We appreciate that they risk their lives every day to make sure we and our communities are safe,” Cabela’s General Manager Curtis Smith says. “It’s a stressful and often thankless job so we thought this would be a great way to tell them thanks.”
Officers will also receive a five percent discount on all purchases during the lunch.
