POCATELLO — Idaho Fish and Game is seeking information about a recent wildlife violation. A bull moose was shot and left to waste on private property just south of Fish Creek Summit near Lava Hot Springs. The incident likely took place on the evening of October 14 or the morning of October 15.

Landowners found the bull moose alive and immediately called Fish and Game. The moose passed before Fish and Game officers arrived to investigate the incident. The bull moose had been shot twice, including once in the skull cavity.
