DMV has message to customers who have not received new license mail

  Published at

The following is a news release from the Idaho Transportation Department.

BOISE – The Idaho Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) wants to reassure customers who have not yet received a driver’s license or identification (ID) card applied for in the last five weeks.

Temporary cards are good for 60 days and your permanent card should arrive soon. The factory producing the cards plans to mail a massive quantify early next week.

The card design is new, as is the vendor producing them, which led to a delay. Customers are advised to check mail carefully and open any envelope that could have a card inside.
