Man dies after striking railroad bridge in Pocatello

The following is news release from the Pocatello Department.
POCATELLO –The Pocatello Police Department is investigating a single-vehicle fatality crash in the area of 3100 Garrett Way at the railroad bridge.
The accident occurred at about 2 p.m. and Pocatello Police and EMS were dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, the single adult male occupant of the vehicle appeared to be deceased.
The Bannock County Coroner responded to assist with the investigation which is still ongoing at this time.
No further information will be released at this time pending the notifications to the victims family members.
