IDAHO FALLS — Authorities are continuing to hunt for an Idaho Falls man wanted for murder who is on the run with a woman who may be in danger.

Jeremy White, 39, is accused of killing his girlfriend, Christin Caldwell, 48, and burying her in the basement of their home on South 35th West.

Bonneville County Sheriff Paul Wilde said Caldwell was killed earlier this week before White left the area on Wednesday with Deena Rane Aday of Idaho Falls. They are believed to be traveling in a 2004 silver Jeep Cherokee with Idaho license plate 8B HV461.

Caldwell’s niece, Alysha Rhondeau, established a GoFundMe account Friday to help pay for her aunt’s funeral expenses.

“Christin was a beautiful mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend whose life was taken away from her way to soon,” the GoFundMe page reads. “She loved spending time with her family and especially her 3 children and their families…She is loved by many and will be missed by all.”

Rhondeau tells EastIdahoNews.com the family is gathering Saturday evening to plan Caldwell’s funeral.

Caldwell had been in a relationship with White for over ten years, according to family members. They were engaged and had recently moved to their home on 35th West.

White and Aday worked together and “they are at least friends,” according to Sheriff Wilde. “She is considered in danger until we make contact with her.”

In a Facebook post, Keith Aday, Deena’s husband, said this has been “a very hard time” for his family.

“I spent 30 years caring for my queen and my 4 beautiful children,” he wrote. “I gave all of my heart, all my energy and my soul to my beautiful Deena and would do it again for her in a second. She was the beginning and the end, in my eyes…Thank you for all the support and love that emanates from each of you.
