Semi-trailer blocks traffic on I-15

SHELLEY — A jackknifed semi-trailer is blocking traffic on Interstate 15 northbound near Shelley.
The crash is between the River Road and U.S. Highway 26 exits (108 and 113), according to the Idaho Transportation Department. Expect delays.
